At the Smart Dog Academy you won't find:

• Discourteous or rude service
• Harsh or abusive behavior towards dog or handler
• High-pressure sales tactics
• Dull Apathetic instruction
• Lack of willingness to listen and work with you
  towards your goals.

There is no such thing as "too old to train". There
is also no room for physical abuse of an animal.
This includes striking it in the name of training
or using pain as a motivator.
